By partnering with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Women-led organizations, and advocates, we aim to inspire the next generation of female innovators and leaders, and changemakers. Underrepresented middle school girls in New Jersey face significant barriers in accessing STEM Education and careers. Without intervention, these barriers reduce their confidence and limit their opportunities in a STEM – driven economy, widening gender and socioeconomic gaps.
