Meet Jahnvi Talreja
I recently completed my Master’s in Financial and Enterprise Risk Management from the University of Connecticut.
At JerseySTEM, I get to combine data and strategy as a Financial Analyst—building models and dashboards that help us plan smarter and stay aligned with our mission.I’m now exploring full-time roles in finance and risk, and always open to connecting—whether you’re in the field, hiring, or just curious to exchange ideas.
Meet Khushi Jain
I joined Jersey STEM in July 2024 as a Web Tech Intern, where I design, manage, and maintain our WordPress sites and web pages. I also serve as a Robotics Program Instructor, empowering middle school girls with hands‑on STEM experiences. I hold an M.S. in Computer Science from NJIT and am now exploring software engineering opportunities, looking forward to connecting with you!


Meet Tejaswini Akula
I’m a Data Science graduate from NJIT and actively exploring full-time roles. Meanwhile, I volunteer as a Webmaster – designing and maintaining our JerseySTEM’s website while leveraging Google Analytics to monitor traffic and optimize engagement. I develop data reports using Looker and MySQL to measure community impact and corporate partnership success. Beyond analytics, I lead Robotics workshops as a Program Instructor for middle school girls, facilitating them with hands-on learning. Witnessing their confidence in STEM grow has been one of the rewarding aspects of this journey!
Meet Vaishnavi Mhaske
I work as a Data Analyst at JerseySTEM, overseeing multiple projects. I evaluate existing data, extract required information, and perform SQL queries using MySQL Workbench. I create Looker reports and embed visualizations directly on our website, which I also design and manage. Collaborating with sponsors, I ensure project alignment and impact. Additionally, I volunteer as a Program Instructor, leading Coding and Robotics workshops that inspire middle-school girls to explore STEM opportunities.
