Nabil Mouline

Nabil Mouline, MSc, MBA, worked for 30 years in the utilities and healthcare sectors on 4 continents. At JerseySTEM, Nabil partners with universities to recruit volunteer college students to coach the middle school girls as Program Instructors.

Jongsun A. Kim

Jongsun A. Kim has 25 years of experience in defense, national security, and social and economic policy, working at the nexus of innovation, education, technology advancement, budget strategy, and geopolitical analysis. She has executed strategic initiatives by aligning objectives with outcomes and financial stewardship, building bipartisan coalitions in Congress, and driving cross-sector collaboration with industry and international stakeholders. A former educator, she is also an activist and champion of youth and girls in efforts to increase access, equity, opportunities and outcomes in education and beyond, and holds an Ed.M. in education policy and management from Harvard. As an Advisory Board Member, Jongsun leverages her expertise to support JerseySTEM’s objectives and guide the organization through an evolving landscape.

Dennis Boyd

Dennis Boyd has worked for forty years in the chemical industry in various roles serving global markets. He currently heads the Corporate Development Team reaching out to all types of companies in New Jersey and their employees who are interested in supporting the JerseySTEM mission.

Michael Park

Michael Park is a private equity professional with prior experience in management consulting. He partners with company executives to lead strategy and operations initiatives for corporations across a variety of industries. Michael manages the Corporate Partnership Development team, dedicated to developing relationships with corporations that align with JerseySTEM’s mission.

John Flato

John Flato retired from the Future Talent Council in 2021, where he was Senior Vice President. He was the President and co-founder of Campus Strategic Partners, and consulted for over 60 employers, and held leadership roles in campus recruiting at Ernst & Young, Cigna, and AlliedSignal and won numerous awards from the National Association of Colleges. He also worked at Universum Global and directed career services at Georgetown’s MBA School. John taught at Johns Hopkins, authored HR publications, and served on boards at several universities. John currently serves as a Board member at JerseySTEM.
